Summer. Summer. School?

This past month it has been so busy, that's why i havent been posting lately. My mom has been in a hussle because she has Food in the Fort Wensdays while we have swim team practice. So she has been driving back and forth from Downtown to Farragut. This month might be a little bit better than last month, but we still have a lot to do. I love swim team alot! I have alot of friends that live in Village Green and swim team has helped me stay active every day. Oh I almost forgot! Thursday School is coming in sooo fast! I am so excited! I love it when teachers give me lots of homework! Do you know any kid that would say that? Anyway, I can't wait to see all my friends. Everybody changes during the summer so that's what makes it so fun to see my friends.

Sorry for not posting, this month though i am going to get back into ignition!

Choose to love the Lord your God and to obey him and commit yourself to him, for he is your life. Then you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. - Deuteronomy 30:20

Being 13

Being 13 is tough! Homework, Homework, Homework! I think Homework should be middle name. Emma Homework Talley? I think I like that! Anyway, I'm going into seventh grade, so it'll even more worse! But the most thing i've struggled this year, is my faith.

My dad is a pastor at Redeemer Church of Knoxville, so i've grown up in the christian church. But that doesn't mean squat! I have been very doubtful this year in Christ. But that kinda all changed with my youth intern, Tyler Anthony. Tyler, is a junior in college, and is an amazing christian! All of his sermons have changed my point of view and still is!

For God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son, that whoever beileveth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:16

Jesus died your soul to save
For your life he freely gave
All he had in Heaven above
Just to show his wondorous love.

Wondorous love so rich- so free
Can it truly be for me?
Yes, Dear friend, 'tis true, 'tis true
All Christ did, he did for you.

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and though shalt be saved. -Acts 16:31

Watching the Sunset with Friends

It's our second week at the beach. We're in Destin, Florida with the Salvador family. Mr. Salvador couldn't come because he is on a business trip. I know this post has nothing to do with my faith but it does have to with the wonder of his creation.

Last night at 7:45 exact we watched the sunset, i know that sounds sooooo weird but it was so beautiful! I just can't believe how God could make such a beautiful world! But while we were watching the sun we were with a special family, the Salvadors. The Salvadors are our Food in the Fort buddies. I've gotten super close to Tory. She is an amazing 17 year old. CJ is a hoot! He is always doing random things, that I just have to laugh. And Maddie is so sweet, she is sometimes sour to her bro and sis, but she is super nice to me! I love her! Mrs. Salvador and I have grown a bond because we love books! She gave me an amazing list of books that she wants me read. Plus, CJ and I have grown a bond of sports. We're always watching Sports Center!

My mom, Mrs. Salvador, Tory, and I went crab hunting last night. It was so scary! It was 9:00 and super dark. We had a very pathetic flashlight so we could barely see anything! Whenever someone would step on a crab (because they half way under the sand) they would jump up and scream. And when I say someone I mean Me, and Patti. It was a night to remember.
